2. Description of Service

Indian Alumni provides a platform connecting students aspiring to study abroad with verified alumni mentors. Our services include consultation, university guidance, application assistance, and visa support.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Respect the intellectual property rights of Indian Alumni and third parties

4. Alumni Network

All alumni mentors on our platform are verified. However, Indian Alumni does not guarantee admission to any university. Our role is to provide guidance and support throughout your study abroad journey.

5. Student Reward Program

The Student Reward Program offers eligible students 30% of the university commission upon successful enrollment. Terms and conditions of the reward program are subject to change and specific eligibility criteria.

6. Limitation of Liability

Indian Alumni shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
